Definitions

1.1“the Agency” means Bani Honar Pars Advertising Agency, and “the Website” means banihonarpars.ir.

1.2“User” means anyone who visits the Website, submits its forms, or uses its services.

1.3“Services” means the advertising, media and production services the Agency presents on the Website.

Subject and Acceptance

2.1By using the Website you confirm that you have read and fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2.2These Terms apply to browsing the Website and using its forms. Advertising services are provided only under a separate written contract or agreement.

Services

3.1The Agency’s services include direct execution of television and radio advertising, online advertising, content production and media production.

3.2Information on the Website is for introduction only and is not a price quotation or binding commitment unless stated in a written contract.

User Information and Accuracy

4.1Users must provide complete and accurate information in all forms.

4.2Users are responsible for inaccurate information and for any unauthorized use of another person’s information.

Actors and Production Crew Database

5.1Registering in the database does not oblige the Agency to offer employment, cooperation or work.

5.2By submitting information and photos, the applicant permits the Agency to keep and use them to review and propose the applicant for the Agency’s projects.

5.3Applicants under 18 may register only with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Employment and Cooperation Requests

6.1Submitting a résumé does not create an employment relationship or an obligation to respond.

6.2The Agency may keep résumés for future opportunities and will delete them at the applicant’s request.

Privacy and Data Protection

7.1Personal information is used only for communication, reviewing requests and providing services, and is not shared with third parties without the User’s consent, except as required by law or a competent authority.

7.2The Agency applies reasonable measures to protect information; however, absolute security on the internet cannot be guaranteed.

7.3Users may request correction or deletion of their information through the contact channels.

Intellectual Property

8.1All content, designs, logos, texts and images on the Website belong to the Agency or their lawful owners.

8.2Copying, republishing or commercial use without prior written permission is prohibited.

User-Submitted Content

9.1The User declares that they have the right to submit all content, photos, résumés and work samples and that doing so does not infringe third-party rights.

9.2The Agency will not use submitted content for public advertising without the User’s permission.

Prohibited Conduct

10.1Submitting unlawful or offensive content, attempting to breach or disrupt the Website, unauthorized access and spamming are prohibited.

10.2In case of violation, the Agency may restrict the User’s access and refer the matter to the competent authorities.

11.1The Website may link to social networks or other websites. The Agency is not responsible for their content or policies.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

12.1The Website is provided “as is” and the Agency does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
